As the year leads to a denouement

This entire year, if summed up, felt like a long narrative. Life weaved its narrative, pumping it with the right amount of highs and lows, of successes and victories, of fun and of sadness. It was the right concoction, the perfect blend of emotions. Yet as 2023 finally comes to an end, I find myself having the longing desire to share some shreds of nostalgia about this year, and what I should find myself doing in the next year.

This year began with my transition phase, by that I mean the immense pressure that I had to carry from grade 8 to grade 9. Grade 9 is a tough phase and an exciting venture too. In terms of academia, it is very crucial, but also the phase where life begins to unfold new incidences and learnings. You suddenly become more observant, and you begin to realize who deserves a seat at your table and who will never sit at it EVER AGAIN.

A lot of people while writing year-end comments commence with "With a heavy heart I...." Not only is that too conventional or stereotypical, I emanates a sort of pessimistic vibe, as if you no longer want to move on. Which is why I start with a different introduction, not one pumped with curiosity, but sentences stitched together, woven with threads of maturity and wisdom. This wisdom, is not stagnant,

but a moving force, that I intend to increase with time. But that happens through experience, so it is a thought I will tend to later on.

These are some images that summarizes very special moments in 2023.

ANYWAYS,

To another good year

A prosperous year

Happy New Year

FIN~
