" A change of latitude would help my attitude."- Unknown

It was an unprecedented trip, yet, I was disheartened when it was time for departure. After my exams ended, my heart sank in boredom as I did not have much to do except attend coachings, and start with my O' level syllabus. However, my mother had some other things planned. She, along with two other of her colleagues, planned a trip to the beautiful Sylhet, my second time travelling to another district of Bangladesh(the first being Chittagong)

I am not a skilled photographer, but I managed to take some photos which might enhance my vlog, and grab my reader's attention.

(View from the hotel)

We travelled to Sylhet via bus. Although the journey was exhausting, passing borders, getting stuck in traffic, the view did not disappoint us at all. The vast stretch of paddy, lush valleys teeming with grass and a variety of species. Most importantly, the shafts of golden swimming on the shimmering blue rivers was a feast for the eyes. Yes, our cameras were not tired of taking all the pictures because to a city-dweller, such sights of nature are rarely a daily observation.

When talking about Sylhet, the first thing that will come to anyone's mind is tea gardens. Vast stretches of tea gardens, hotel balconies overlooking the green farms, the pungent scent of raw tea floating swiftly in the air, mingling with the aroma of nearby flowers. Nature was and still is at its prime in Sylhet.

(Another view from the hotel that oversees the lake. It was a must-see sight for joggers who are inclined to the idea of jogging during the first hours of dawn.)

(Rubber plantations that were close to our hotel)

(Mathematical fact: No matter from which angle you see the trees, they would always appear straight of diagonal line, never curved)

(The infamous tree plantations. The aroma of raw tea tingling my nose was a feeling I yearned to experience)

PHOTOGRAPH SPAM (Because texts would not be enough to describe the beauty of these views)

(The view from the hotel in Sreemangal, another place in Sylhet)

(Jaflong, the other side of the place being Assam, India. You could see the passing of clouds as the fog slowly curled and dipped over the heels of the mountains)

(A man with his hoarde of attendants waiting to be fed)

(Inside a tea estate)

(Rubber plantations)

(I forgot what this was)

( I don't have any idea about this)

(Jaflong again)

(Tea estate)

(Descriptions of my journey will be given in another blog post) Enjoy the pictures till then!
